Tiiny Host is drag-and-drop static hosting with password protection. You upload an HTML file, set a password, and share the link and password with the people who need it. On the Pro plan, you can add individual team members by email to collaborate on projects.

Artifactive takes a different approach to access. Instead of passwords or manually added emails, viewers log in with their company email. The login ties into your company's identity provider if you have one (Google Workspace, Okta, Entra). No one has to remember a password, no one has to be added by hand, and there's no visitor cap.

What using Tiiny Host actually looks like

Viewer access is password-based. On the Solo plan ($18/month) and above, you can set a password on a hosted site. Every person who needs to view it gets the same password. If someone leaves the company or you want to revoke one person's access, you change the password and re-distribute it to everyone else.

The Pro plan adds per-person team access, but it's manual. At $38/month, you can add individual email addresses as team collaborators. Those people get full permissions: edit, download, view analytics, and share. But each person has to be added one at a time, by email address. There's no directory sync, no domain-wide rule like "everyone at acme.com can view." When someone joins or leaves the company, someone has to update the list by hand.

Every plan has a visitor cap. The Tiny plan allows 10,000 visits per month. Solo allows 100,000. Pro allows 500,000. If your dashboard gets more traffic than your plan allows, Tiiny Host notifies you to upgrade or risk the site going down. For an internal dashboard that a large team checks daily, those limits add up fast: 200 people opening a dashboard once a day hits 6,000 visits a month before anyone refreshes a page.

Storage is capped at 100MB per upload, even on the top tier. Most single-page dashboards fit within that, but a report with embedded images or multiple pages can run into it.

How Artifactive works

Drop your HTML file onto Artifactive, or publish from Claude using the desktop extension. You get a link.

When someone clicks the link, they see a login screen. They enter their company email and they're in. Takes about 30 seconds. Their browser remembers them after that.

Access is company-wide by default: anyone with an email on your approved domain can log in. There's no list to maintain. When someone joins the company, they can already view. When someone leaves and their company email is deactivated, they can't. Your IT team doesn't have to touch anything per-dashboard.

If your organization has connected Google Workspace, Okta, Entra, or another identity provider, the login routes through that instead.

2. Set your publishers. Pick Core at $128/month for up to 5 publishers, or Business at $338/month for up to 15 publishers. These are the only seats you pay for.
3. Publish. Drag a file onto the page, or publish from Claude Desktop. You get a gated link in about ten seconds.
4. Share. Send the link. Anyone in the company signs in with their company login and views. No visitor cap.

Is Tiiny Host fine for sharing things publicly or with a small group?

For public hosting or sharing a file with a handful of people who can handle a password, Tiiny Host works well. The drag-and-drop upload is genuinely simple, and the free tier lets you try it without a commitment. The gap shows up when you need to control access at a company level: knowing that only people in your organization can open the link, revoking access automatically when someone leaves, and not running into a visitor ceiling.

What's the difference between password protection and company-login gating?

A password is a shared credential. Anyone who has it can view the site, whether they work at your company or not. If the password gets forwarded, screenshotted, or written on a sticky note, there's no way to limit access to a specific person. Company-login gating ties access to the viewer's identity: they authenticate with their company email (or through your identity provider), and only people on your approved domain get in.

Does Artifactive work with Google Workspace? Okta? Entra?

What happens when someone outside my company clicks the link?

They see a login screen. If their email domain isn't on your approved list, they can't get in. Nothing is exposed through the URL alone.

Can I publish directly from Claude?

Yes. The Claude desktop extension publishes artifacts as gated links without leaving the conversation. You can also drag and drop any HTML file through the web interface.

Doesn't Tiiny Host's Pro plan let you add people by email?

It does. The Pro plan ($38/month) lets you add individual email addresses as team collaborators. Those people get full access to manage, edit, and download the project. The difference is that each person has to be added manually, there's no way to say "everyone at our domain," and removing someone means going back into the list. Artifactive's access is directory-based: anyone at the approved domain can view, and deactivating their company email removes access automatically.

Is there a limit on how many people can view a dashboard on Artifactive?

No. Plans are based on publisher seats (5 or 15). Viewers are unlimited.

What about the visitor caps on Tiiny Host?

Each Tiiny Host plan has a monthly visitor limit: 10,000 on Tiny, 100,000 on Solo, and 500,000 on Pro. Exceeding the cap triggers a warning and potential takedown. Artifactive does not cap viewers.
